Terms and Conditions

By booking a class, workshop, or event with Creative Space Cumbernauld, you agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions.
- General Information
Creative Space Cumbernauld provides creative workshops, courses, exhibitions, and events. Our business address is 5 Tweed Walk, The Centre, Cumbernauld, G67 1EN. You can contact us at creativespacecumbernauld@gmail.com.
- Bookings and Payments
All bookings must be made through our official website or by contacting us directly via email.
Full payment is required at the time of booking to secure your place. We cannot reserve a place without a confirmed payment.
We accept payment through our websites payment system ‘Stripe’.
- Cancellations and Refunds
Cancellation by the Customer
- More than 14 days before the term begins: You may receive a full refund or a credit note of the same value to be used for a future class.
- 7 to 14 days before the term begins: You are eligible for a credit note for the full amount to be used at a later date.
- Less than 7 days before the term begins: We are unable to offer a refund or a credit note due to the costs incurred and the difficulty of filling the place at short notice.
Cancellation by Creative Space Cumbernauld
- In the unlikely event that we have to cancel a class or workshop, you will be notified as soon as possible.
- You will be offered a full refund or a credit note of the same value to use for an alternative event. Creative Space Cumbernauld is not responsible for any other costs you may have incurred.
- Class and Venue Policies
Arrival: Please arrive no earlier than 10 minutes before the scheduled start time of your class. This allows us to prepare the space and begin on time.
Drop Off: Please note that these are drop-off classes only, so parents can enjoy some free time while their little artists create! If you need to stay for a specific reason, please chat with us before booking.
Materials: All necessary materials and equipment are included in the price of the class unless otherwise specified in the event description.
Conduct: We expect all participants to be respectful of others, their artwork, and the venue. Disruptive or inappropriate behaviour may result in removal from the class without a refund.
Damage to Property: Any damage to our equipment, materials, or venue caused by negligence will be charged to the individual responsible.
- Intellectual Property
The artwork you create during a class is your own. You retain all rights to your creations.
- Limitation of Liability
Creative Space Cumbernauld is not liable for any personal injury, or for any loss or damage to your personal property while on our premises.
Participants are responsible for their own safety and must follow all instructions given by the instructor.
- Data Protection
We will use your personal information only for the purpose of communicating with you about your booking and our events. We will not share your information with any third parties without your explicit consent.
- Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of Scotland and the United Kingdom. Any disputes arising from these terms will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Scottish courts.
